What this means is when you request a product be made to your specifications, we provide you a quote and there is no additional fee added on just because it is a "Custom Order". It will be quoted as if it was made as a regular product. Once your payment is received, you will be kept updated throughout the entire process and will be sent a proof before final completion for you to approve before finalizing it and shipping.
